Hi Abby,
Our mobile users are facing error results when trying to use the OCR Cloud service from their mobile device when trying to scan Chinese text based business cards. You language support claims to support Chinese language but I do not see this be quite true. Please advice what to do or if you have an updated version of Chinese under way - We need to tell our clients something.

Hi Henrik,
It is necessary to specify the languages of the document before recognition. Do you set it to ChinesePRC or ChineseTaiwan? Please find the whole list of supported languages and their internal names here.
If this does not help please attach some samples of the images you are trying to recognize here or send them to cloudocrsdk@abbyy.com.
