What are the chances in ABBYY FLEXI CAPTIRE that we can read one whole image at once without using an afl file, that too along with the corresponding co-ordinate information?

ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine is a data capture solution and is intended for data extraction rather than full-text recognition. But it is full-text recognition that will be necessary to get an output file that would contain information about coordinates of all text.
Such functionality is provided by other OCR SDKs offered by ABBYY - FineReader Engine or Cloud OCR SDK. You can contact your regional sales office for more details.
