When sending a jpg file with api to ocrsdk I get the error message above, "unsupported image file format". However, if I convert the jpg to a pdf file it works fine. So I know my code works. It's mentioned very clearly in the documentation that you except jpgs. Why isn't it working???

I have the same situation: everything works for .pdf but not for .jpg, .bmp etc.
How to fix this?
