Using FineReader Engine 12 by command line interface

Hi,

Can someone explain to me how can I use finereader engine 12 by command line interface.

I want to use like that : "C:\example.dll -ii -fm -if Demo.tif -tet UTF8 -of sample.txt ". If it possible, how can I do that in Windows 10
