I would like to detect if the resolution of the PDF is good, before recognition and association.
Today, the document is recognized as "unknown" because the resolution is too low.
Do you know how I can change the resolution to a better value automatically ?
I suppose by script. Where? How ?

Hi, I have the same question.
My thought was, when the document comes in to Verification, add an exit route to a new workflow stage to change the resolution, IF the document is an unknown document when entering Verification. Haven't been able to do it yet though, let me know if you have come up with a valid solution.
You can add a workflow step (advanced) after recognition stage let only unknown documents enter this stage.
