I have a digitally signed document and while trying to upload it to FlexyCapture I got the message:

Is this document type supported in FlexiCapture10? How can I upload and recognize a signed document?

Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat. Check the properties. Check if there are any restriction. For example, if its password protected or Extraction is not allowed, we can't process it.
Yes, thank you for your tip. Incl. Page Extraction is not alowed.
If you still want to process it, you either have to remove the restriction or use a PDF printer like microsoft or cutePDF and it should remove the restriction.
