Is there a way to disable the winauth tag in Flexicapture to ensure that users will not authenticate with AD? We have setup our users to use ADFS, but using /winauth in the address bar still works.

You have to disable Windows Authentication in IIS for the FlexiCapture sites that are affected. I think that FC will then fail because WinAuth isn't supported on the sites.
