Hi, 
i am using FREngine 12 (trial version). i have deployed the engine in docker container. 
while using the CommandLineInterface to convert files, the engine converts some particular files only and gives error on other files. i used this command "CommandLineInterface -if Demo.tif -f HTMLUnicodeDefaults -hkl -of sample.html". It works on Demo.tif but doesnt work on my required files and gives the following error : 
"FREngine internal error: An error occurred when opening the file"
