When you say FSP, I'm assuming you mean FlexiLayout Studio Project correct? The short answer would be no. If you remember in FlexiLayout Studio, you export the project to a FLS file that is imported into the Document Definition. That FLS is a compiled project. Meaning it strips out all unnecessary components.
The best you can do is invoke training. You can then export that training batch to a FlexiLayout Project but at best it gives you the Block (field name) but the Search Elements would not be the original from the FlexiLayout Project. It would mainly be made of the machine learning that would more complex to work from.
