i want to export besides the value/characters of the field, also the value how sure the ocr are that the value/caracters are correct.
What can we do?

Matthias,
Easiest option is to export using XML. It gives you to also export out the character confidence level. If you need it more of a higher level field wise, you could always add an additional field and script the logic
