I am in FlexiCapture Cloud in the "Applications" section. in the top of the page where it says "Add One More Application" it is not allowing me to click, it is grayed out and not allowing me to add an application.
Has anyone else run into this?

Ken,
Are you running a trial ? If so that probably explains it. Trial, let you only run our trial "ABBYY Demo - Invoice Reader" so that you can test out the REST API calls with your invoices. If you want to add your own Invoice project, you need an actual account.
