hello I have a file with image (scanned from a book, this image contains text) and below the image only a large text describing it, as I do for the ocr to recognize only the text ( make searchable) ignoring the image that contains text. I need to do this with several files of this type. thanks for this amazing program!

If you need to convert the file to an editable format, e.g. DOC/RTF/ODT, then you can change settings in OCR Editor in Tools > Options > Format settings > DOC(X)/RTF/ODT by disabling Keep pictures option:
