i am using abbyy flexicapture 12 Standalone. i need to export confidence level info along with invoice data. Please suggest how can i export confidence of the document to data files.

Mukesh,
Are you talking about like which characters were in red or the total count of a document? If you are talking about which character where in red, the easiest option is to export in JSON or XML and it has the option to save the character quality recognition info in the export file.
If you want the total percentage of the document, you would have to script and do some calculation with the total extracted character and the number of uncertain character. You can put that value into the field.
