Title: Vantage – No security on manual review link

Feature request:
Add an option to remove access tokens from manual review links so users will need to authenticate before opening the document in manual review.

Use case / problem to solve:
Any person/email who receives the manual review link is able to open it and complete the manual review. There does not appear to be any security around the link and is exposing our data to anyone who gets the link.

What success looks like:
Ideally, we’d be able to configure based on skill whether a manual review link has the embedded access token.
