We are currently migrating our infrastructure to an AWS cloud environment and have set up two standalone(in workgroup not in Domain) EC2 instances for ABBYY FlexiCapture.
The first instance contains the application server, license server, and processing server. The second instance houses the processing station and FlexiCapture Studio. We are currently experiencing issues with the communication between the processing server and the processing station.
Do the servers needs to be joined into a domain or a workgroup setup is OK?

Hi Luis,
In the documentation, https://help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/admin_guide/ds_requirements/, it is mentionned that “The computer where the server is installed must be connected to your domain”
We have a AWS cloud environment of ABBYY Flexicapture for several years now, and we are using Windows domain, FSX for file storage, PostgreSQL on RDS, etc.

Could you please provide more details about the communication issues you are experiencing? Are you receiving any error messages?
In my organization, we have three servers working together as follows:
These servers are connected through the Processing Server on the main server using the "Add Server" function. In this step, we enter the address of the main server.
Next, we use "Add Stations", we enter the addresses of the two other servers, and click "Start".
