When I place image in Hot folder it processed and generate csv file in output folder which is required. But for most of the samples it generate BatchFile in Abby Flexicapture and doesn't generate any output file. I don't know why this happened. Please let me know the solution if anyone knew it.

Sanobar,
Open up the Project setup station. Are those batches in the Processed stage? If not, that means they are stuck in FlexiCapture. You need to see why the document are stuck.
Also if you manually run them through the project setup station, does the image have the same issue? Basically trying to track down where the issue is occuring.
