What Config changes to be made to enable InvoiceAmount to be trained

Hi all,

         I need to train invoice amount so that i tried changing some config settings by the reference i got from forum which is given below:

I tried changing to HKEY_USERS also HKEY_CURRENT_USER but it is not working, but the thing is whether i'm missing any setting changes to be enabled in my local project setup station.

Note:

we made the same config setting changes in another server, it is working as expected. Only in my local project setup station it is not resolved.
