Do you know where I can download the OVA or installer? I can't find it anywhere right now.

You can find the instructional file and the link to download the VM (either using the OVA file or the *.exe installer with archives) in the description of the first lesson of the ABBYY FlexiCapture course. See the screenshot below for reference.
