When scanning an image containing Chinese characters the text pane will always default to MS Mincho.
This font does not display Chinese characters correctly.
I have looked everywhere trying to find how to change this default font to MS JhengHei but it seems impossible.

Hi Kasuden!
In FineReader PDF 15 for Windows, font display settings are two:
1. Tools->Options (or click cogwheel icon), OCR tab, Select fonts required for correct display of recognized text section at the bottom;
2. Areas and Text tab in the Options, Font used to display plain text section.
You can also change the font of just the text being currently recognized by following instructions from this Help article https://help.abbyy.com/en-us/finereader/15/user_guide/correcttype/.
