I followed this guide https://help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/admin_guide/jwt_authentication/ to get AuthTicket.
But i received response 401
I don't know which account was use in this case to authenticate on server. I run this code on server.

How are you calling this method? What is the value of "jwtToken", the parameter of the method? That is what contains your credentials. It could be several things; start there. Read that article again looking at "The following sample request creates a JWT token".
