We're trying to enable the utilisation of both the Web Capture Station and Web Scanning Station.
We've installed the plugin on end user machines:
but then when trying to access the specific pages in the web console we get the following error for both Web Capture and Web Scanning Stations:
Could you advise on:
a) potential reasons & fixes
b) information on where we could identify specific error information

It's an access issue. You can try hitting F12 in the web browser and seeing if that gave you more information. The cause could be multiple things: access or config.
These are web service calls. A tracing utility like Fiddler is helpful for troubleshooting web communication. Or Wireshark.
