What are the downsides to having LowResolutionMode always equal to true?

Many of our documents are low resolution (copies of faxes) so I'd like to turn LowResolutionMode to always be true.

Is there a downside to this that I should be aware of? How does having LowResolutionMode = true affect the processing of a high resolution document?

Hi!

This flag should not affect the recognition quality. I just checked with a set of documents of 200-1200 dpi. The output is almost the same. Except for stamps/text on pictures.
