RECEIVING A SECOND PAYMENT WHEN I HAVE PAYMENT BEFORE

To those concerned,
     I purchased ABBYY FineReader PDF by applying to Adobe in January 2021. “ABBYY FineReader PDF” did not work when the free tier expired.
Since I trusted the institution, I thought that the payment had not been made, so I made the payment today  again. Later, I found out the summary of the payment by credit card and the payment have been started from January 2021 in 9 installments.
I would like to cancel my last (today)  payment and inform me about it .
  This is a problem that I encountered for the first time in my customer service from Adobe.
Also, I hope that the installed ABBYY FineReader PDF product is operational and I look forward to your reply as soon as possible.
