Unable to extract text from a specific PDF file

Hello,
I trying to extract text from PDF file.
But, text was not extracted from that PDF file
Looking at the log, there is no error.

Using Version：ABBYY FineReader Engine 11 R8 Patch 4
Using Language：Java (1.8.0_282)
