Incorrect recognition with high level of confidence.

Hi,

I have the following situation, where the recognition is incorrect but with high level of confidence as shown in the figure below.


I want at least to decrease the level of confidence, so I can get red characters to verify it specially the characters I have highlighted in the figure.

    Hello Shadad,

    From your project, the same field, it could be that you have configured like this:

    You may need to increase it to 80% and check the result.

    Hi Grace, 

    Yes, I have tried to change that value, but it doesn't work as expected.

    How can I increase the value to be above 97 for example?
