During setting up the MS Graph API import profile, it is asking for admin approval:

The following message may appear when User Consent Permissions have not been configured to allow a user to consent to applications to access the mailbox.
- Sign in to the Office365 administrator account.
- Click Settings > Org Settings.
- In User consent to apps, ensure the checkbox is ticked.
- Click Save Changes.
