Issue:
From the scanning station, when trying to delete a batch, it throws the error message:
Reason:
The reason is when the batch is in the process of sending the images to FlexiCapture and for some reason, it got stuck and stays in sending status such as a screenshot below with the blue arrow
then when we try to delete the batch it will throw a such error.
Answer:
To resolve the issue, try to close the scanning station first, then go to C:\Users\{user account name}\AppData\Local\ABBYY\ScanStationFC\5.0 and delete all files/folders in this directory.
Then reopen the scanning station and that problem sending batch will get removed from the station and you can start creating a new batch.
