In recognition results, there are unnecessary spaces between characters that are not in the document. Is there a way to get rid of them?

Answer

There are two main ways to get rid of unnecessary spaces.

1. In the Document Definition editor, open the field's properties and go to the Data tab.
   In the AutoCorrect options please select the Remove excess spaces option.
   
   
2. In case you need to delete all spaces in the field, you can use the Replace characters option.
   Here, you need to replace spaces " " with nothing (i.e. leave the With field empty "").
