Error on opening Project Setup Station or Verification Station: Cannot find working license <license number> on <server>.

Symptoms

While starting Project Setup Station or Verification Station an error occurs though the license has been activated:

Cannot find working license <license number> on <server>.

Cause

None of the licenses is selected in FlexiCapture 12 License Manager.

Resolution

  1. Open FlexiCapture 12 License Manager.
  2. Click on the required license.
  3. Press the Select button. After that a green tick will be displayed on the left:
