Can't change email address used for Microsoft Graph API OAuth 2.0 Image Import Profile

Symptoms

If a user has an MS Graph API image import profile, it is not possible to add another MS Graph API import profile with a different email address. When adding an import profile in another project on the same server, the issue is reproduced as well.

Resolution

There is a workaround available: when trying to add an MS Graph API image import profile, always choose the No option on the Stay signed in page.

If there is an MS Graph API account already added, rename or remove the Cache_Data folder in the below location on the machine where the import profile is set up:

C:\Users\%current_user%\AppData\Local\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\WebViewData\%folder_id%\EBWebView\Default\Cache

This will allow a regular sign-in page to show up again.

If it does not help, rename the whole folder

C:\Users\%current_user%\AppData\Local\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\WebViewData\%folder_id%\

to 

C:\Users\%current_user%\AppData\Local\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\WebViewData\%folder_id_old%\

Then, try to create the Image Import Profile once again and sign in.
