Field value is empty though the region is captured on the document

Symptoms

The field value is empty though the region is captured on the document.

Cause

The reason for this behavior is in the recognition settings in the properties of this field. 

Resolution

  • Go to the Document Definition editor, and open the properties of the field.
  • On the Recognition tab, make sure that the "Do not recognize" is not selected.
