Symptoms

Getting an Internal program error: TfsBuildAgent\_work\1\s\Build\FineObjects\Inc\Map.h,542 when training the NLP batch.

Cause

This issue might have several reasons:

1. Versions difference (for example, FlexiCapture 12 servers and stations has one version, and the NLP module has another).
2. Antivirus might be interfering with the process.

Resolution

1. Check the versions of  FlexiCapture 12 components and the NLP module and make sure they are the same via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
2. Add FlexiCapture 12 to the antivirus white list: Adding FlexiCapture 12 to the white list of antivirus
