Symptoms

When the customer made changes to the project and clicks apply button, the Project Setup Station closes unexpectedly and throws the below error in the event viewer.

Cause

1.  There is a knows bug that is fixed in FlexiCapture 12.0.3.4175
2.  If a newer version is used there might be an issue where FlexiCapture is not able to access the temp folder

Resolution

1. If you use a lower version of FlexiCapture than 12.0.3.4175, please update it to the latest build

2. In case you already use a version that is higher than 12.0.3.4175, please perform the following:
1. Navigate to the following path: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp
2. Delete all files located in this folder
3. Stop all processes inside FlexiCapture (Such as processing batches, import documents etc.)
4. Restart the machine
