Symptoms

After the recognition, all the documents are routed to the exceptions, and the following error message is shown in the Event log:

No Document Definitions to match.

Cause

The Invoice Generic module is used, but it may not be included in the selected FlexiCapture 12 license.

Resolution

To understand if this is the case, check the layout name under the FlexiLayout tab in Document Definition Properties:

 
If the layout name is Invoice Generic, please check if the invoice module is included for the selected license in the license manager:
