Error in Project Setup Station: The ordinal 26 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\PIXTRAN\RAS2JP2.PXN

Symptoms

While opening Image Import Profile window in Project Setup Station, there is an error:

The ordinal 26 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\PIXTRAN\RAS2JP2.PXN

Get Error when I open Import Profile - NorthSea.JPG

Cause

This error may be caused by FlexiCapture and scanner drivers install in the PIXTRAN library and some of these libraries don't work with ISIS.

Resolution

  1. Download the attached files.
  2. Replace these files in the following paths:
    C:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations
    C:\\Windows\PIXTRAN\
