Symptoms

While trying to update documents in a working batch to the latest version of a document definition, an error occurs:

The batch 'xxx' is at the processing stage

Cause

The users are trying to update documents from Project Setup Station, while documents are being processed at some stage of the workflow.

Resolution

There are two ways to resolve the issue:

1. Get the task from the Verification Station and update documents in the task.
2. Re-send all required batches to the Recognition stage via the Verification Station.
