Date format differs from the document sent

Symptoms

We are sending document with a date format dd/mm/yyyy, but after processing with FlexiCapture 12 we get mm/dd/yyyy format.

Cause

FlexiCapture is utilizing the MS Office to process the Office documents. It operates on the Processing Station machines and should utilize the region's date and time settings set on the station machine itself.

Resolution

Change the region's date and time settings set on the station machine to needed format
