Is it possible to recover the batches that have been deleted after the number of days configured in the project properties?

Answer

Unless there is a backup of the Database and File storage there is no built-in feature for recovery of those batches.
This feature was not provided initially since automatic deletion of batches is a function that allows you to save storage space.
