• Follow the standard FlexiCapture update procedure as described in the System Administrator’s Guide.
• The following components will be updated:
  • Application Server (including TMS)
  • Processing Server
  • Processing Stations
  • Reporting Service
  • Project Setup Station and other local user stations
  • Re-authentication with Microsoft OAuth

If you use Microsoft Outlook e-mail import or export to Microsoft SharePoint:

• Install the patch and update the project configuration

Re-authenticate input folders using Microsoft Outlook (OAuth)

Since the Application ID changes, it is necessary to re-authenticate to restore import and export scenarios.

While this can be done any time after applying the patch, we recommend doing it immediately to ensure stable operation.

1. Open the import profile.
2. Re-authenticate (new Application ID will be used).
3. Save changes.

1. Open the export profile in a Document Definition.
2. Re-authenticate (new Application ID will be used).
3. Save changes.
