Symptoms

Despite the correct license being used in the FlexiCapture License Manager, some users receive the following error when performing document recognition:

Error: Please obtain the appropriate license to be able to recognize Chinese texts (FlexiLayout 'InvoiceGeneric', Document Definition 'Invoice'). 

Cause

Although the specific reason behind this issue is unknown, it is assumed it is related to the specific user account accessing FlexiCapture.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please do the following:

• Create a new Domain/Windows user account.
• Create a new FlexiCapture user for this new Domain/Windows account.
