Why can't I submit my request?

If you're having trouble submitting your request, try these steps:

  • Make sure all required fields are filled in.
    • Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
  • If your request includes a Country field, you must manually select a country from the drop-down even if it appears auto-filled.
  • Use a Chrome browser.
    • If Chrome doesn't work, open a new incognito window. This prevents browser add-ons from running in the background. 
  • Disable any VPN.
