If you're having trouble submitting your request, try these steps:
- Make sure all required fields are filled in.
- Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
- If your request includes a Country field, you must manually select a country from the drop-down even if it appears auto-filled.
- Use a Chrome browser.
- If Chrome doesn't work, open a new incognito window. This prevents browser add-ons from running in the background.
- Disable any VPN.
