- Click the Sign In button at the top of the ABBYY Help Center.
If you have not registered for our ABBYY Help Center you will be prompted to do so. - Click your profile icon and select My Activities.
- Click the subject of a support request you'd like to close.
- Scroll down and click Mark as solved.
via email
- Reply to the most recent email from ABBYY Customer Support regarding your support request.
- Indicate that you'd like your support request to be closed.
