Yes. You can update your request via the Help Center or via email.
Via Help Center > My Activities
- Click the Sign In button at the top of the ABBYY Help Center.
If you have not registered for our ABBYY Help Center you will be prompted to do so. - Click your profile icon and select My Activities.
- Click the subject of the support request you'd like to update.
- Click Add to conversation.
- Write your comment in the box.
- Click the Add file link to attach a screenshot or other file.
- Submit your updates.
- If you want to continue the conversation, click Submit.
- If you believe your request has been resolved, click Mark as solved & Submit.
Via Email
- Reply to the most recent email from ABBYY Customer Support
- This may be the confirmation email that you receive after submitting a request.
- If helpful, include a screenshot or other file as an email attachment.
