Can I update a request ticket I already submitted to ABBYY Customer Support?

Yes. You can update your request via the Help Center or via email.

Via Help Center > My Activities

  1. Click the Sign In button at the top of the ABBYY Help Center. 
    If you have not registered for our ABBYY Help Center you will be prompted to do so.
  2. Click your profile icon and select My Activities.
  3. Click the subject of the support request you'd like to update.
  4. Click Add to conversation.
    • Write your comment in the box.
    • Click the Add file link to attach a screenshot or other file.

  5. Submit your updates.
    • If you want to continue the conversation, click Submit.
    • If you believe your request has been resolved, click Mark as solved & Submit.

Via Email

  1. Reply to the most recent email from ABBYY Customer Support
    • This may be the confirmation email that you receive after submitting a request.
  2. If helpful, include a screenshot or other file as an email attachment.
