Symptoms

Verification fails with one of the following errors in Verification and Project Setup Station:
ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Services: ERR_EN_CANT_GET_DB_CACHE 

and

ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Services: C:\Windows\TEMP\ABBYY FC 12.0 DatabaseCaches\11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111111\11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111111\_TemplateCaches\Template_XX\Version_XXX\Vendors\cache_description contains an invalid path. 

Cause

Version folder for the Document Definition is missing.

Resolution

1. In the Project Setup Station navigate to one of the documents where issue can be reproduced. 
2. Right-click it > General tab > Document definition. Find out the version specified.
3. If the version is old, please try to update the definition used: select the document > Tools > Update to latest version.
