What are the required access rights for the Hot Folder import?
Answer
The process that imports the files from the Hot Folder is the Processing Station process (FlexiBrSvc.exe).
It is needed to give full access rights (Read and Write permissions) for the Hot Folder to the account that is used to run the FlexiBrSvc.exe.
By default, this service runs from the name of Network Service, but if it's changed, you can check what account is used in Services > ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Processing Station > Log On tab:
