If you get the "Cannot get the license ticket" error when working with the Web Verification Station of ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 you can check the following most common reasons:
The maximum amount of users that can simultaneously work with the Web Verification Station is exceeded
The maximum amount of users that can simultaneously work with the Web Verification Station is specified in the "Web Verification stations" value of your license. If this value is 1 then if the second user will try to use the Web Verification Station this error will be shown.
The Verification Session was not closed
You can check currently open Verification Sessions in the Administration and Monitoring Console > Processing Monitor > Sessions > Verification Operators. If there is a session that was not closed correctly that is blocking the user from opening the Web Verification Station you can choose it and delete it manually.
Processing Server or Processing Station is not running
You can check the status of the Processing Server and Station in the Processing Server monitor. If they are not running, the license ticket cannot be issued, thus the error is shown. Start the Server and the Station if needed.
If the Processing Server or Station fails to start, check that the FlexiCapture Windows Services are running. You can check the Windows Services in the System Settings. The names of the services that should be running anytime the FlexiCapture is in use are as follows.
- ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Licensing Service
- ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Processing Server
- ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Processing Station
