When the page counter of perpetual licenses is reset? 

Answer

A perpetual license allows recognition of a limited amount of pages during a certain period (quarterly, monthly, or yearly). The page counter is automatically reset independently of license registration or activation day:

  • Quarterly: on the 1st of January, April, July, and October at 00:00 UTC.
  • Monthly: on the 1st day of the month at 00:00 UTC.
  • Yearly: on the 1st of January of the year at 00:00 UTC.
