Unable to make an RPC call message occurs when FineReader Server console is launched

Symptoms

"Unable to make an RPC call. The server is not available" error message appears when FineReader Server console is launched in Citrix environment. After clicking onto OK button in the error message window everything works.

Cause

The issue can be connected with the default localhost server installed.

Resolution

Remove the localhost server in FineReader Server Console.
