Where can I review all my support requests?

To review support requests and check the status of Tickets: 

  1. Click the Sign In button at the top of the ABBYY Help Center. 
    If you have not registered for our ABBYY Help Center you will be prompted to do so.
  2. Click your profile icon and select My Activities.
  3. Select the Requests tab.
    • My Requests - contains tickets you have filed 
    • Requests I'm CC'd on - tickets you have been added to 
    • Organization requests - all tickets filed by your entire organization
      This option is disabled by default. If you don't see this option in your Help Center profile, contact ABBYY Customer Support and request to enable the option.

Tip: use the Status drop-down to sort all your requests by status.

Request details

  1. Click the subject to open the request. The following information is available:
    • (A) Created – date and time when the request was created.
    • (B) Last activity – date and time of last request update.
    • (C) Status – current status of your request.

Request statuses and meanings

  • Open – request is being processed.
  • Awaiting your reply – the support specialist requires your feedback in order to resolve your issue:
    • Requesting additional information or files that will assist in troubleshooting the issue
    • Requesting your confirmation that the issue has been resolved by the provided solution 
  • Solved – a support request has been resolved and the request has been closed.
