How to collect the FineReader Server 14 logs?

If the situation is reproduced on the latest build, please do the following:

1. Turn on RPC, Error, General logging in FineReader Server Options:
2. Reproduce the situation, save the Diagnostic file after that and share the file with us:
3. Starting from FineReader Server Release 3 Update 2, in case of distributive installation, you can run the Diagnostic Tool for Processing Station from the context menu:
   

Logs will be collected by the Diagnostic Tool. You can turn off logging after that as it can slow the system.

If it is not possible to enable logging via the Console, enable log collection manually in the file: C:\ProgramData\ABBYY FineReader Server 14.0\DeveloperSettings.xml by changing the value of Application IsEnabled from "false" to "true":
